Smoking pot in the mall? Cannabis Wedding Expo held in Westfield Centre

Will we ever see the day in Canada where people are smoking weed in the mall and trying out new cannabis products?

Back in February, the first cannabis event in the middle of a mall happened. The Cannabis Wedding Expos 3rd annual San Francisco show presented at one of the busiest shopping meccas of the world, the Westfield Centre in downtown SF. Thousands of Sunday morning shoppers, diners and workers were treated to the ability to gaze into CWE’s tradeshow floor as they walk throughout the mall and if they choose to could purchase a ticket at the door to partake in the festivities, which a lot of people did. The owner of the CWE Philip Wolf hopes that this event would set a positive example for all venues and event planners.
