WeedMD Inc CEO Keith Merker shares details of the company’s recent joint venture with Pita Pit Canada, a successful quick-service restaurant chain, to launch retail service provider Pioneer Cannabis Corp. Merker is enthusiastic about the deal because its combines WeedMD’s extensive cannabis knowledge with Pita Pit’s retailing, franchising, and distribution experience.
