Three weeks after marijuana was legalized in Canada, the frustration grows for both customers and retailers as we struggle to find an optimal experience in this grand experiment.
Some retailers have shutdown with limited product to sell, it’s new to everyone and it clearly shows. The overall experience has to be positive to stop Canadians buying weed from the black market and that hasn’t happened yet.

The online experience has been ever worse, people are fed up and expected much more.
As well documented, I ordered from the OCS on October 17th (order #7078) and I haven’t got my shipping confirmation email yet. I’ve got to the point where I’m close to giving up and that’s good news for all the dealers out there as Canada has done a really poor job of rolling this out across the country.
Things will get better, many industry experts have pointed out that it may take a couple of years before all these things are ironed out. All we can do it hope.
