Waiting for my pot, OCS finally sends confirmation email.. Confirm they are completely screwed

Well I finally got a confirmation email tonight from the OCS. It’s the first communication from them since I ordered weed on October 17th!

Problem is that it’s the wrong type of confirmation email, Patrick Ford (President of the Ontario Cannabis Store) confirmed they are behind…

It’s 12:01 and I just bought pot from the Ontario Online Cannabis Store (OCS)

I’ll admit that this is the first step to making things better. Any updates at this point is a good thing.

It looks like my order #7078 is still in the system. It’s sitting on the factory floor waiting to be delivered, but much better than having no idea of what’s happening.. Even if the email is saying, ‘hey we’re screwed’ — it’s better than complete silence.

Let’s give the OCS some credit for taking the first step of getting this email out.

I was talking to my friend who also ordered from the OCS on October 17th and we agreed that the OCS brand will never repair the damage they’ve done to themselves by totally screwing this up. We also joked that we haven’t seen a single person smoking pot on the streets since it went legal because nobody has any product.

I’m hopeful that my order will be processed next week, let’s wait and see. I’m waiting in the same line with 150,000 other anxious people, maybe my lotto ticket will be a winner this weekend too.
