Every year, Santa Claus checks his list twice before leaving gifts under the Christmas tree for all the well-behaved children. Dressed in his famous red suit, the jolly old man climbs down every chimney to eat cookies and drop off gifts. But we want to know now that marijuana is legal in Canada.. Does Santa smoke weed?
