Marijuana Murder? Richard Kirk kills his wife after eating marijuana edibles

A killer speaks out from behind bars for the first time and says a marijuana edible caused him to murder his wife.

Richard Kirk, accused in Observatory Park slaying of his wife, plead guilty to second-degree murder. Kirk agreed to serve 25 to 30 years in prison as part of his plea, and to relinquish custody of his three children.
