This reminds me when raves in Toronto were illegal many years ago, you would get a flyer with a phone number on it and you would call it on the day of the party for the secret location.

Modern day.. It’s a secret location for all things marijuana. How are the vendors able to get away with it and why haven’t police been able to shut it down.

When cannabis goes legal, we won’t have to resort to holding these types of events!
