This isn’t the first time we’ve posted about not being able to smoke weed if you live in an apartment or even own your own condo. Whether it’s right in the unit or even smoking on the balcony, landlords and property management companies are making it VERY clear that you can’t smoke marijuana.
The government tells you that you can smoke weed and grow up to 4 plants. But your LANDLORD says, hey, no way. What are the facts you need to know as a tenant, condo owner or landlord? Sean Cookson investigates.
