Puffco Peak Vaporizer Review
The Apple product of all vaporizers, the Puffco Peak.
I have been in love with this vape piece since I saw it for the first time. I don't smoke concentrate too often but when I do, I try to make it the most amazing experience as I can and the Peak works really well for this. It tells you when to hit it and when it's out, really it's been the easiest dab rig that I have ever used.
For product care, I do have to use a q-tip in between each hit to clean out the bowl. But at least it's only cleaning out burnt rosin and nothing actually smokable. The glass part of the Peak is just like most bongs, clean out the water to keep the piece lasting longer.
For maintenance, the metal part that holds the ceramic bowl has broken on me a number of times and I have had to replace it. I like to keep a backup around the house like a backup light bulb, a fairly expensive light bulb. At least the experience that comes from the Puffco Peak in its entirety has made it all very worth it. My boyfriend uses it a lot more than I do, so I will say that the quantity of use could completely affect how long its parts last.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the Puffco Peak vaporizer. My favourite part about it is the reclaim compartment at the bottom of the glass. When you take it off the mechanism, heat the dabs in the glass, and pour it out of the hole it comes in. And boom, you'll have clean, easy, smokeable reclaim. Altogether I am very impressed with Peak's design, in both its look and the way it works.
