I'm sorry I have been less active but from the title, I'm sure you can tell why. The worst part of all of it is I've been spending time resting and it has agitated my sciatica. It all seems like a one-way track to my bed, like gravity is pulling me down but the more I rest, the worse my back hurts. The actual worst part is that I haven't been able to smoke for days. Luckily, last night, I was finally able to hit my bong without coughing myself into a debilitating migraine. Hopefully, I will be able to smoke more today to relieve my sciatica pain! Wish me luck!
UPDATE: I took a super long, hot shower and I feel a good deal better. I also had built up the guts to smoke some weed and it only gave me a slight headache from the coughing. It seems like I can't not cough but at least it's helped me get up to shower. Thank goodness I can smoke again! This summer cold is really kicking my stoner butt.
I,m one of the lucky ones because it's a blue moon when I get one I do feel sorry for you and hope you get over it soon Not smoking for a few days is probably best as it gives your lungs a break so you can cough up all that cold crap that builds up Hope you get better soon 😀
I've heard that from a number of guys, where they just don't get sick that often but when they do it's like five colds in one, hahah. You're probably right, I shouldn't smoke too much as to help my body rid it's gross uck. I think I should wait until after lunch to even try to smoke. At least I can feel myself slowly coming back to life!! Thank you 😊 😊
I'm glad to hear you're feeling better! Summer colds are the literal death of me! I can never tell if it's allergies or a cold but it makes it hard to do fun summer things either way. This year so far it's just been a constant half-cold but a cup of coffee always seems to clear my head! The caffeine helps my brain breath better but as soon as that fades I'm back to congestion and sleep, haha.

Yep The last time I was really sick and I mean sick from the flu was wat back in 1985 I've had colds and stuff like that but they go away pretty quickly usually but I have noticed as I have aged that I do get few more colds in the winter but I usually shake them off in a day or two Thank god Because I hate being sick What I do now is stop smoking for a few days to let my lungs work at cleaning themselves out and I indulge in a bit more bourbon or whatever I have around here.
Just got over being a bit sick here too. Being sick sucks, glad that you are starting to feel better!
Not being able to smoke weed felt like the worst part to me, even more than the stabs-in-the-brain headaches. It really just made me feel more miserable all around. But it was all worth it to stop, sleep, and then to feel better finally! It was probably the first break from weed I've had in years. The kids call it a T-break, to take a break from THC in order to get higher. I'm not sure if the T stands for THC or Tolerance, but I think the two days I didn't smoke helped me get more relief after I finally did smoke. I've always said T-breaks are silly but maybe I'll do it again soon, haha.
I take a month long break ever once in a while gives my lungs a break and brings down my tolerance for sure But if I get insomnia again back I go to smoking It really helps me sleep I took a 5 year break once but that was a long time ago
A five year long T break?? There must be a story behind that, haha. The only real breaks I take are between lunch and dinner, except on the weekends. But my body would probably appreciate a good break. But like PotHead here, I really can't sleep without a big toke on my bong. Or three, haha.
Well I was sleeping pretty good back then and not so much today I took just over a 5 year break as I was being a caregiver and working full time Trying to keep up with a ageing parents need who is ill and looking after 2 residences plus a fill time job at the same time was major work and being stoned wasn't an option back then. I had my priority's back then and now the only one I look after is myself
